At CoatTails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new outerwear doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; ensure the items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
